When my AC unit wasn't getting any power, Isaac with Hexagon showed up very quickly and not only fixed the problem with the power supply but also noticed that my capacitor was on the fritz and would likely stop working once the summer heat kicked in. He went ahead and replaced it for me to save me the trouble of dealing with more AC issues in the future. Hexagon Air Conditioning and Heating has earned my trust and will be my go to for all repairs and maintenance going forward. Our current HVAC system (Not purchased through Hexagon) is still under warranty and the thermostat failed during the last major freeze in Houston. When requesting assistance through the warranty, a technician was not available until after the storm had passed. The images from pipes that burst during the 2021 freeze immediately flooded my mind. Luckily, Hexagon was able to offer immediate assistance and within hours the heat was restored.
