HEXAGON charges a $49.00 USD diagnostic fee that is waived if the customer proceeds with the service.
Manufacturers suggest that you change your air conditioning filters every quarter (3 mo.); however, the homeowner should consider variables such as allergies, respiratory issues, pets, home traffic and frequency of exposure to outside elements (windows and doors open).
There are several variables that may influence your air conditioning system not cooling properly, restricted air flow, low refrigerant, thermostat malfunction, or restricted drain lines can be some possible reasons.
Manufacturers advertise an expected lifespan of 12-15 years; however, many variables may influence the longevity of your system to include manufacturer (build quality), quality of installation, preventative maintenance, usage and environment.
HVAC professionals recommend scheduling preventative maintenance bi-annually, once prior to summer and again prior to winter. The pre-summer inspection will make sure your system is running efficiently before the expected high-usage of the summer heat and again pre-winter when your furnace is in high usage.
HEXAGON offers 24/7 emergency services for both residential and commercial customers in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas.
HEXAGON services the Greater Houston and surrounding areas, which is typically anyone inside of the Grand Parkway (SH-99); however, if you are outside of this area will may consider service on an individual basis.

HEXAGON currently offers the HAVEN Smart Thermostat that not only gives the homeowner full remote access through a phone app, but also notifies our service team at HEXAGON when the system is operating outside of it’s normal parameters.
