* To qualify for the referral payment the referred customer must purchase and install a complete new system from Hexagon Air Conditioning & Heating.
** $250.00 is paid for the first referred customer who purchases and installs a complete system from Hexagon Air Conditioning & Heating, and $500.00 for subsequent qualifying referrals. Referral payments will be made within 30 days of the referred customer having their new system installed and invoice paid.
Referral Partner will complete the attached form with the potential customers name, address, phone number and email and when the referral service is completed and the invoice paid, the referral will be paid.
