Safety Inspection & Performance Tune-Up

Remove furnace burners and clean if necessary
Inspect heat exchanger for cracks or holes
Check gas pressure at the furnace
Remove and clean blower wheel as required
Check blower motor and lubricate if necessary
Inspect evaporator, to clean must be accessible
Clean condenser coil
Check condenser motor and lubricate as required
Tighten electrical connections
Check fan control for proper adjustment
Check limit safety switch
Check performance and operating efficiency of heating
Check air filters and clean
Clean Drain pan and clear drain lines
